Shipping Policy

Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. Standard shipping rates are shown below. Next day shipping is available and is calculated based on destination. Two-Day shipping is available at a flat rate of $21.95 for the continental US.  Orders shipped outside the continental US must be by 2nd day air. You will always see your entire order including shipping charges before you confirm your order.

Orders placed before 3PM Central time usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3PM Central time usually ship the next business day.

COOLER SHIP Shipping

All orders shipped "Cooler Ship" are packed in an insulated thermal shield wrapped container with a reusable non-toxic liquid ice-pack. This maintains the best possible temperature during transit. "Cooler Ship" orders are ONLY shipped Monday through Wednesday to allow for uninterrupted transit. We recommend this shipping selection during summer months or where temperatures exceed 85 degrees and your order includes items with chocolate. Protein powders and soft serve mix have no temperature requirements and do not require "Cooler Shipping."

The following is a map showing transit times from our warehouse for standard ground shipping.

If your area is not within the 2-day transit limit, we recommend you choose 2 Day Delivery or Next Day Air with the cooler option when temperatures are 85 degrees or above. Please consider the temperature of all areas along the transit route when selecting your shipping method. Our "Cooler Ship" method will not keep your order cool longer than 2 days. Ordering this shipping method with a delivery time over 2 days will not help.

We only ship chocolate on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday when expected temperatures exceed 85 degrees because UPS delivery can only occur on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday for 2 Day Air delivery.

Return Policy

HealthSmart is so confident you will love our delicious products we offer a no risk return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Just return it in new condition and send it back to us! You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Sorry shipping charges are not refundable. Opened items can NOT be returned.
